“About a year ago I went to a workshop on renovation by Paul Derry. Paul really shows a lot of passion for what he is doing and the ideas that he shared actually inspired me to take on a renovation project of my own. Previuosly I had been a little bit nervous about the whole idea of renovating and I didn’t want to be a hands on renovator doing it all myself. With Pauls workshop, it gave me the confidence to assess whether a renovation was going to be feasible – how to budget for some of the materials and labour id need to pay.
